Be so attentive to this "aliveness" that is flowing through your veins that you do not spend another moment "buying into" and believing the constant prattle of your chattering mind again.
  • Motion Of Life
    Realize that who you are is this "motion of life" that is looking through your very eyes right now. It is the same "motion of life" that is behind your eyes, looking through your eyes, standing before your eyes, sustaining all that is perceived - seen and unseen.
  • Your Natural State
    All self concern is a symptom of the disease of "not being" which disappears as soon as you realize who you are - which is your natural state.
  • You Are The Beyond
    Only a very complicated and deep thinking mind would come up with something as naive as "You cannot do anything about being who you are. You already are and you are being lost to or distracted from being who you are. You will have to wait until who you are decides to break through and reveal itself to you. Until then carry on as before."
  • Letting Go Of Who You Are Not
    Your familiarity to who you think you are has you locked in fear from letting go and surrendering what you believe yourself to be - even though it serves up a consistency of pain and suffering.
  • A Window Of Opportunity
    You may spend the next thirty years trying to awaken from your "bind and blind of your mind". All the while you have been turning your back on the simplicity and clarity of who you already are, getting distracted by "arisings".
  • Journey Of Self Discovery
    The journey of self discovery begins with the immediacy of your freedom from what you are not and with the being of who you already are.
  • Step 2 - Realization of Who You Are
    Realization of who you are is a momentary thing. Moment by moment. To realize who you are while flowing through this mindbody that you find your self flowing through is the ultimate movement of manifestation. And yes, manifestation does have its storyline that will flower and unfold.
