4. Should Be Able To Operated By Just You: The perfect home based business opportunity should be easily manageable by one person (the business owner) or, at the most, only involve his or her family members

5. If You're Not Selling Anything, Why Do You Need Stock? Your garage is for your car, not for your business stock in trade. Buying and holding stock will soon eat up your working capital which can be better employed.
